I am surprised that Israel is not in the top 10 but the Saudis are, nothing to be proud of anyway, they should spend the money on their economy and health care rather than killing machines:

Why are Germany, Japan and Italy spending so much? Are they planning to invade other countries?

Just look at US. Its economy is down the drain, no health or social care and yet they spend almost 10 times as much as Britain, while Russia, who si so vast, has so many borders and with America wanting to destroy it, is spending so little, even less than Britain.

I can only see this as an attempt by US to take over and enslave the world.

Why is KSA spending so much when they don't have the guts to stand up to Israel even though they have more conventional weapons and equally high tech, I guess KSA will use their Army against the country USA instructs them to fight and that will be Iran not Israel.
