Guardian council plans to dupe and fool the Iranian nation

They are buying time.  In the meantime they will swoop to arrest ALL the opposition leadership and activists, and then when the leadership has been decimated and the anger calmed down, they will impose martial law and declare Antarnejad as the winner.
