According to goal.com and Mehr news, Mahdavikia has cancelled his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt and is to join Steel Azin, the club owned and operated by Parvin.

He will join former TM colleagues Ali Karimi and Fereydoun Zandi.

Shocking News, I never thought Kia would return to play in Iran.

Further more, this reflects the low standards of Iran's so called Pro League, IPL is a gathering place for retired players, they spend the best playing years of their lives mainly in Arab countries and some in Europe and then return to Iran to retire

I doubt it, did Bagheri and Daei bring professionalism to IPL?  The problem is too deep-rooted for one or two individuals to make any difference.  Change has to come from above.
