Here's something I don't understand, Iran Air complains about the US sanctions against Iran, and complain that our planes are old etc... why not buy Airbus planes then??

That's a French company for goodness sakes and we have so many of their cars in Iran, sometimes I get frustrated with ish... I swear

Iran Air was already ordering few A-330 but Americans put huge pressure on Europeans so Airbus has canceled that deal... so it is not Iranians that don't want, it is the pressure of USA which stop Europeans to sell planes to Iran

no, the problems are stronger than that... they want IRAN to give up the nucler programm and support US politics in the region.... even we might dislike IRI, but we can't even blame IRAN for crimes Americans are doing....in this case USA is really playing a very unfair game..they force other nations to not sell us planes... question is if someone try to force you to accept his conditions, you have two choices

1. agree and follow orders
2. fight for your right

whenever in our history IRAN chosed the first solution, we just got weaker..... but whenever we stand united and have fought for our rights, at the end we were the winners... I mean US ecconomy is close to a colapse and the afghanistan/Iraq invasion is also a failure...soon USA lose will their dominance and I bet with you, IRAN would be one of first rising powers as soon USA kicked out from the middle east

I have found a page, where several people were themselves creating suggestions of how IRANAIR new livery should look like... as expected there were some weird suggestions but one or two of suggerstions are far better than what IRAN AIR people want to choose
