What does it take to be a football coach in Iran I wonder!

AHVAZ, Feb. 16 (MNA) -- Mehdi Hasheminasab was appointed as Esteghlal of Ahvaz football coach on Tuesday.
Hasheminasab replaced Mohammad Ahmadzadeh who penned a contract with the team just a week ago.

Khodadad Azizi, who was a former coach of Esteghlal of Ahvaz but refused to take charge of the team again, will return to the team as the technical manager.

Esteghlal of Ahvaz is seven points above the relegation zone in the Iran Professional League.

Lets face it, we have become an Arab country whether we like it or not. Our society reflects everything the Arabs do. they replace their coaches willy nilly and we do the same. Look at EsEs ad PP and of course TM. What a joke.

It is unfortunate to have our way of football.  Perspolis changed coaches six times in 4 years.  Lips Sealed

Hasheminasab wasn't even a good player, I never liked him, he had a very short good spell in the league but failed to impress in Team Melli and infact cost us a goal against Saudi Arabia (away) in WC2002 qualifiers with a stupid penalty he gave away.

This sort of decision to use the likes of Hasheminasab as coaches will kill our football off for good, this is a disasterous decision but not the only one.

IRIFF has put me off the sport I once loved (Football) and the team I used to die for (Team Melli).
