You really have to see the goal. I think it will be a major contender for goal of the championship this year. He receives the ball in his own half and goes on a solo run on the right wing before cutting in and letting go with a brilliant left footed shot to the corner of the net leaving the keeper no chance. If this goal was in European Champion's league it would have been shown over and over again.

Excellent start for Zob. Khalatbari scored after half an hour. Lets hope Zob can keep the scoreline and not concede any goals. I don't care about the qual;ity of football, we now have to see what Zob is made of and whether they have what it takes to absorb the pressure and win the game.

Excellent win for our boys. Well done They beat one of the favourites, Bunyodkor 1-0 away from home. Rivaldo was sent off in the 67th minute Zob are perched well above the rest in their group and they need just a couple of draws or one win to progress to the next round. |
