Islamists must be very happy now, even more than they were last month.

Iran is now 67th in the world and 6th in Asia.

From once being the leading footballing nation and first, it is now behind Bahrain. Soon Oman, Bhutan, Maldives and Brunei will overtake Iran and our national game will be Seeneh Zani, Ghameh Zani and mourning. The person who can cut the deepest on his forehead and spill the greatest blood in Islamic Iran will be declared the winner.

With the team we have I don't think we can even make it to the quarter finals in Asia 2011, that would be another humaliation to be eliminated at group stage in the Asian Cup, Lions of Asia my foot, our football has become the snails of Asia, a disgrace for a nation of 72 million with so much talent, we are paying the price for decades of mismanagement and corruption.
