in long therm if IRAN would be hopefully a democracy, we can only be powerfull and resist foreign powers, if we have good relations to arabs and turks in region... USA; Brits and ISRAEL often weaken IRAN by creating tensions between PERSIANS, KURDS, ARABS, TURK etc... of course there were some wars and bad events which might have a bad influences on relations between ARABS and PERSIANS or TURKS and ARMENIANS etc... but we all must realize that the populations of the region all have the same interessts and that would be a strong free middle east, where oil wealth would belong to people of the region, we must remove all these puppet governmets or extremist governments from power and create a strong middle east... look how EUROPEAN countries 60 years after world war have free boarders to each other and at same time the western countries support any type of separation movement in middle east to weaken us... we would be damn stupid if we ourselves join the western powers by creationg tensions between PERSIANS, ARABS, TURKS,KURDS, ARMENIANS etc
