Now we all know how professional IPL is and what a clown IFF is in this circus called football, but get a load of this.

IFF proposed to FIFA to have Perspolis's 6 points returned which in effect would hand them the championship (more or less). Mashsaeed, don't celebrate yet. There is more to this comedy.

Fifa originally agreed in principle, but then officially rejected the appeal so no 6 points for PP.

Now it has been rumoured that IFF is going to deduct 6 points from ALL teams except PP. What?                     Looooolllll

IFF has taken the matter to CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports) and has asked AFC not to declare this IPL's winners until a response has been received from CAS. Something that can take months.

Now how in heaven's name Iran is going to introduce its IPL champion for the AFC Champion's league if no one knows who the champions are?

Unless ofcourse PP wins the IPL outright so there is no need for all these shenanigans.

Even if it is shaaye eh, I do not see IFF denying it at the moment. Maybe they want to deduct points from just those that are in contention. Maybe Sepahan will have some points deducted and they will find someting to stick to Saba Battery. Who knows, this is IRI and IFF we are talking about. In the circus that is Iran, anything is possible.

They are going to this meeting and wait for the result...which they said....in 15 days???

in reality, I think IFF, Afc and FIFA all should have waited 1 year to deduct any point...
they had to make PP starting -6 points the next season....if it was approved and done. Takin away 6 points in a leage, right in the middle of it...not a good job. Same goes for Sepahan, they should have deducted the points next season....that way, it was not like...5 points and then reduce to 3 then talk about reducing again...and so on.
