AFC - Last editions semi-finalists Korea Republic were handed a relatively easy draw for the AFC U-19 Women’s Championship qualifiers on Thursday.  Twelve teams were divided into two groups of six each. Top two teams from each group and the best runners-up team will qualify for the Finals to be held next year.

Defending champions DPR Korea, runners-up Japan and third-placed China have been given direct entry into the tournament proper.

Korea Republic were drawn with Myanmar, Jordan, Philippines, Vietnam and Singapore in Group A while Group B includes Australia, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, India and new entrants Kyrgyzstan and Iran.

Group A: Korea Republic, Myanmar, Jordan, Vietnam, Philippines and Singapore
Group B: Australia, Thailand, Chinese Taipei, India, Kyrgyzstan and Iran
