Yes, there was an Iranian born player with Iranian parents (both of them) who played for both Iran and Lebanon. Infact he captained TM and also played for Lebanon. This is weird  Shocked  He also played in US.

Dr. Amir Masoud Boroumand (born in 1928 in Tehran, Iran) is a retired Iranian football player who was a Forward and was Iran national football team's captain during the 1950s. He played for Lebanon national football team for 3 years during the 1960s.

He won his first cap for Iran national football team on 26 October, 1947 in a friendly match played in Tehran between Iran and Turkey. He scored Iran's only goal in that match when Iran lost 3-1. He was the captain of Iran national football team during the 1950s. He participated in 1951 Asian Games and 1958 Asian Games. During the 1960s he played for Lebanon national football team for a period of 3 years. His most memorable game for Lebanon was against Yugoslavia national football team when he scored Lebanon's both goals in a 3-2 defeat to the aforsaid.
