There is no mention of Iran on the official site:

Well the newscaster said that he won a bronze, but I suppose you cannot believe anything from Iranian media, even their official sports news.  Angry

I am puzzled if the Chinese are slow updating their officials web site, they have been so well organised so far in the olympics, well its bed time in China, I'll check the table again tomorrow and see if Iran has appeared.

2 days ago IRIB announced that Mohammadi had won a bronze yet it seemed there was no news about it anywhere.

Now it seems he has won a bronze, but he won it yesterday.

Does IRIB know something the rest of the world does not?
Is there an agenda where our athletes are TOLD what to do?
Are they losing on purpose even when they were overwhelming favourites to win?
Is that why Rezazadeh did not go to China?
Was he TOLD not to go?

I want answers and I am sure there are enough IRI agents and brownose AN worshippers who should be able to answer these, so comeon, lets hear from you traitors and vatan foroosh IRI scum.

Iran won a Bronze in wrestling, details here:
http://results.beijing2008.cn/WRM/ENG/INF/GL/92A/IRI_T.shtml

Iran's poor performance is amusing, what is going on?  3 Golds in Athens plus several silver and bronze, only 1 bronze in China 4 years later. We are going backward. Maybe dashali's assumption about Rezazadeh's retirement was true, was Rezazadeh told he wasn't allowed to go to China!

Britain is doing well, with 16 gold 9 silver and 8 bronze they are in 3rd place after China and the US.

right now August 20th Iran and Israel are neck and neck on 1 bronze, the table is in alphabetical order which means Iran and Israel are on the table right next to each other:
