So I have had my motorcycle license for a few years now but no bike right now (I had one I sold it before opened my soccer store cuz I needed money)

Anyway, I am meeting the guy tonight to pick up the bike and I be righting the baby for 2009

It's a 2002 Triuamp Daytona 600cc. Enough power but not too much. Looks sice.

Is that the picture of the actual bike? Triumph daytona should be yellow. Its like Honda is red, kwak is green, Suzuki is blue, Yamaha is black.  Smiley

dude i think i jumped the guns.

I drove all the way to the guys house, I had cash on me, then I saw the bike had all these scratches he didnt' mention in the ad. The other side was so ugly it had electric tapes on it pretty ugly and I was very disappointed. I still wanted to take the bike if he dropped the price because he didn't say that in the ad but he didnt want to have it that way so I cancelled the sale Sad

I am getting a bike for sure I am looking at another one today.

Ali jaan, don't rush it. When you see an ad, ask all the questions like if it has had a fall, any modifications, and restrictions, its service history etc etc. Also if you have any bike mechanic friend, take him along.

Wanting a bike is a natural thing and it will be best if you take your time on it. Also in these bad economic times you can pick great bargains from dealers even on used bikes so look at loads of bikes and play people against each other and you will land yourself a bargain.

That Triumph would have been an excellent bike as riumph is a superb motorcycle.

Good luck with your bike hunting. If you want an all round and low maintenance sports cruiser, go for a Suzuki Bandit. It is the workhorse of bikes. Today I took mine out again for another 60 mile run and it was jusr fabulous. It is the closest thing to being free with the elements. The sound of the engine, the power of the bike and the rush of wind is somethig fabulous. When its not raining I have my visor up to feel the air hit my face. Its like flying. Its just brilliant.

^^^

Its a good bike with Honda quality that is very similar to the Bandit in its functionality. Good choice.
