PP to face Al Ittihad on May 27

With the group stages now concluded, PP will face Al Ittihad of Saudi who put out ESES in the last 16 knockout stages. The first game will be played in Saudi Arabia on 27th May.

It is good that PP are playing away as it allows them to plan their strategy. Teams prefer to play the second leg at home so it is to PP's advantage to play its first game away.

Good luck to PP, lets hope they can progress further and save our blushes after the disasterous showing of our teams including Perspolis's last game against Al Ghraffa.
